WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY

On the occasion of World Mental Health Day 2025, KAMPI Nursing College organized a Jatha (Awareness Rally) and Inauguration Ceremony on 10th October 2025 at 10:00 AM in D.A.R Hall. The global theme for the year — “Availability of Mental Health Services in Disaster and Emergency Situations” — emphasized the importance of ensuring accessible mental health support during times of crisis and calamity. The program was inaugurated by Shri Manjunath Nayak , Honorable principal district sessions judge and president DLSA shivamogga , who formally declared the event open with an inspiring message. The occasion was further graced by the Guests of Honor: Shri Santhosh M S Honorable civil judge and member secretary DLSA Shimogga. Shri Mithun kumar IPS Superintendent of police. Shri A.G. Cariappa, KSPS Additional Superintendent of police. Dr. Preethi v shanbhag Academic director & psychiatrist. Their presence and words of encouragement added significance to the day.
